🍂Don’t Miss Fall Colors 2025 — Here’s Where to Go

Hey Reader!

Fall is here, and the first hints of color are showing in the high country. Colorado’s peak hasn’t hit yet, but it’s expected earlier than usual this year—so now’s the time to start watching your favorite spots and planning your leaf-peeping road trip.

🍁 Colorado: The northern part of the state turns first, and a few trees in Rocky Mountain National Park are already changing. Peak is still a ways off, but lower elevations will follow in the next couple of weeks. Here's your ultimate guide to peeping fall colors and timing tips here: [When & Where to See Fall Colors in Colorado]

🍂 California (Eastern Sierra): This is the fall colors hotspot in California, with aspen-lined trails and golden valleys. Peak usually hits late September through early October, but timing shifts each year and I wouldn't be surprised if it starts earlier as well. Here’s my full guide: [Where to See Fall Colors in the Eastern Sierra]

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to pack the car, grab your camera, and chase some color—this is it. Don’t wait too long, because peak season always goes by faster than we think and it will be here before you know it.

And if you want a more personalized trip plan (or just need help figuring out the logistics), I offer adventure travel planning + 1:1 consultation calls. Whether it’s Colorado, California, or beyond in the Western US, I can help you craft an itinerary that saves time, avoids crowds, and hits the best trails at the best time [Book a call with me here → schedule]

Happy leaf chasing,
Tiff💜

Hey Reader! If you haven't noticed by now, I'm a sucker for a turquoise lake hike—but it's even better when it's surrounded by colorful mountains.
